Retired Farmer Dies at Goshen

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Yellow Creek Mennonite Church Dec. 7 for Levi Ressler, 67, well-known retired farmer of the New Paris community who died here Dec. 4. Death came at Goshen General Hospital after a long illness of diabetes.

Mr. Ressler was born in Union Township and lived in the same community all his life except for 12 years spent in New York. Surviving are his wife, the former Grace Berkey, six children and 26 grandchildren.
