WIFE KILLED, HUSBAND BURNED IN SECOND FIRE WITHIN TWO MONTHS
Fairview, Mich. — Word was received here of a tragic fire at the Howard Burkholer home at White Cloud in western Michigan, in which Mrs. Burkholder was fatally burned. Mr. Burkholder suffered second and third degree burns.
It was the second fire to strike the home in about two months time. Early in February the Burkholder house was destroyed by fire along with all of the contents, but the couple was not at home.
Mr. Burkholder spent a term in Pax service, and is a former student at the Michigan Mennonite Bible School here.
