Reedley, Calif. — Funeral services for Abraham J. Neufeld, 83, pioneer Mennonite immigrant from Russia in the 1870’s, were held at the Dinuba M. B. church Nov. 26, Rev. B. J. Braun officiating. He passed away Nov. 22 in the Alta hospital Dinuba.

Surviving are his wife Mary, nine children, and five sisters, Mrs. Susie Willems and Miss Agnes Neufeld of Reedley, Mrs. Katie Hildebrand of Hutchinson, Kansas, Mrs. Anna Pauls of Inman, Kansas and Mrs. Lena Ratzlaff of Kansas City, Mo.

IMMIGRANT OF 1870S DIED IN CALIFORNIA

Reedley, Calif. — Funeral services for Abraham J. Neufeld, 83, pioneer Mennonite immigrant from Russia in the 1870’s, were held at the Dinuba M. B. church Nov. 26, Rev. B. J. Braun officiating. He passed away Nov. 22 in the Alta hospital Dinuba.
