Called by Death at Bridgewater, S. D.
Bridgewater, S. D. – Funeral services were conducted at the Hutterthal church near Freeman on Thanksgiving Day for Mrs. Jacob J. Kleinsasser, Sr., 75. She passed away at the Community hospital in Freeman five days after suffering a paralytic stroke.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Jacob B. Hofer. Music was furnished by Agnes Hofer, who sang “We Might Never Meet This Side of Heaven,” Mrs. Amos Kleinsasser, who sang “Wenn Ich am Ufer des Jordans steh” and a men’s quartet, singing “In the Sweet Bye and Bye.” Rev. Paul Glanzer of St. Lawrence, S. D., a grandson, spoke at the graveside.
