Mr. Nickel died Sept. 21 at the Oklahoma General Hospital after being ill for several weeks. A native of the Corn community, he had lived in Washita and Custer counties throughout his life. | |||

Corn, Okla. — Funeral services for Gus M. Nickel, well-known farmer of the Clinton community were held Sept. 23 at the First Mennonite Church there. Rev. Walter Regier, the pastor, and Rev. Richard Tschetter of Bessie officiated.
