Corn, Okla. &#8212; Funeral services for Gus M. Nickel, well-known farmer of the Clinton community were held Sept. 23 at the First Mennonite Church there.  Rev. Walter Regier, the pastor, and Rev. Richard Tschetter of Bessie officiated.
Mr. Nickel died Sept. 21 at the Oklahoma General Hospital after being ill for several weeks.  A native of the Corn community, he had lived in Washita and Custer counties throughout his life.

WELL KNOWN FARMER AT CLINTON, OKLAHOMA CALLED BY DEATH

Corn, Okla. — Funeral services for Gus M. Nickel, well-known farmer of the Clinton community were held Sept. 23 at the First Mennonite Church there. Rev. Walter Regier, the pastor, and Rev. Richard Tschetter of Bessie officiated.
