Hillsboro, Kans. — Relatives here were called to Woodland, Calif, to attend funeral services for Floyd Gene Penner, 17 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Penner who died instantly from electric shock while engaged in irrigation work on the Penner farm. The funeral was held Sept. 8.

Those from Hillsboro who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Albert F. Bartel and Mr. and Mrs. Julius Penner. The grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Penner, and an uncle, Ben Penner, also reside here.

ELECTRIC SHOCK FATAL TO CALIFORNIA YOUTH WHILE IRRIGATING

Hillsboro, Kans. — Relatives here were called to Woodland, Calif, to attend funeral services for Floyd Gene Penner, 17 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Penner who died instantly from electric shock while engaged in irrigation work on the Penner farm. The funeral was held Sept. 8.

Those from Hillsboro who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Albert F. Bartel and Mr. and Mrs. Julius Penner. The grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Penner, and an uncle, Ben Penner, also reside here.
