<center><h3>OLDEST MEMBER OF AMISH COMMUNITY IOWA DEAD AT 93</h3></center>
Kalona, Iowa. &#8212; Funeral services were held near hear March 12 for George W. Plank, who was the oldest member of the Amish settlement in southeast Iowa.  He observed his 93rd birthday Feb. 22.
He suffered a stroke on March 5 and died the following Sunday at an Iowa city hospital.  for a number of years he had lived with a niece, Mrs. Abner Christner.

OLDEST MEMBER OF AMISH COMMUNITY IOWA DEAD AT 93

Kalona, Iowa. — Funeral services were held near hear March 12 for George W. Plank, who was the oldest member of the Amish settlement in southeast Iowa. He observed his 93rd birthday Feb. 22.

He suffered a stroke on March 5 and died the following Sunday at an Iowa city hospital. for a number of years he had lived with a niece, Mrs. Abner Christner.
