Boese, native of Russia and long-time resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana, died at Lake Charles on Feb. 20.  He was 94.  Mr. Boese lived in the Inman community before moving to Louisiana in 1917.  The body was returned to Kansas for final services and burial.  A service was held Sunday afternoon at the Harder funeral home, Moundridge, with Rev. C. D. Boese, officiating; followed by services at the Hoffnungsau church near Inman, Rev. Albert Gaeddert, Rev. C. H. Voth and Rev. A. J. Dyck in charge.
