— Funeral services were held Monday at the Goessel Mennonite Church for Theodore Schmidt, 58, who died Jan. 26, at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel. Death was caused by cancer. The services were in charge of Rev. Leo Miller, the pastor, and Rev. P. A. Wedel. Mr. Schmidt, who farmed in Marion county, leaves his wife Mary; two sons, Wilbert of Goessel and Donald of Denver; three daughters, Mrs. Geo. Stephens of Littleton, Colo., Mrs. Harry Loewen of Mt. Lake, Minn., Esther of the home; five sisters and three brothers. | |||
