WIDELY KNOWN CANADIAN TEACHER CALLED AWAY IN DEATH JUNE 21
Abbotsford, B. C. — J. N. Wittenberg, 77, widely known teacher in Mennonite schools in Canada, died here June 21 following an extended illness.
An immigrant from Russia, Mr. Wittenberg had taught in Russia 27 years and 17 years in Canada. Funeral services were held June 25 at the Abbotsford Mennonite Brethren church.
