BERTA VIOLA SCHROEDER
Beloved wife of Martin Schroeder of Lanigan, Saskatchewan, died suddenly on May 5, 1972. She was born on March 18, 1919 in Main Centre, Sask. to David and Anna Rempel. She joined the MB church at Main Centre on July 2, 1939 and remained a faithful and active member. On October 8, 1939, she married Martin Schroeder.
She leaves to mourn her husband Martin, her daughters Darlene, Alice and Karen; her sons-in-law Edward Wiens, Bruce Enns and her grandchildren Michele, Sheldon and Barry .
The funeral was conducted by Rev. Victor Nickel at the North Star Mennonite Church in Drake, Sask., on May 9, 1972. Interment was at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
