Hutchinson, Kan. &#8212; A two-car collision on U.S. Highway 40 hear Bunker Hill, Kan. Sunday afternoon claimed the lives of Pete W. Thiessen, 63, of Hutchinson and a 13-year-old bunker hill girl. Mr. Thiessen's wife Ruby was critically injured but is said to be recovering.

A native of Inman, Mr. Thiessen had been in the farm loan business here with his brother Henry for a number of years and had traveled extensively in 40 Western Kansas counties.

Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at Trinity Methodist Church here.

AUTO CRASH CLAIMS LIFE OF HUTCHINSON, KAN. BUSINESS MAN

Hutchinson, Kan. — A two-car collision on U.S. Highway 40 hear Bunker Hill, Kan. Sunday afternoon claimed the lives of Pete W. Thiessen, 63, of Hutchinson and a 13-year-old bunker hill girl. Mr. Thiessen's wife Ruby was critically injured but is said to be recovering.

A native of Inman, Mr. Thiessen had been in the farm loan business here with his brother Henry for a number of years and had traveled extensively in 40 Western Kansas counties.

Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at Trinity Methodist Church here.
