MRS. PETER THIELMAN

Elizabeth Thielman of Herbert, Sask . passed quietly into the presence of her Lord on January 1, at the age of 91. She was born in Russia on December 10, 1880. She came to recognize her need of the Saviour in her youth and received Christ into her life. She was married to Peter Thielman in 1901 and to this union were born eight children. She was baptized and accepted into the Mennonite Brethren church at Flowing Well and later moved into Herbert and joined the Mennonite Brethren church there.

Because of failing health she spent the last three years of her life in the Herbert Nursing Home.

Predeceased by her husband, one daughter and two sons, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. P. J.(Elizabeth) Thiessen, Herbert, Mrs. H. H.(Kathryn) Andres, Herbert, Mrs. B. (Helen) Kroeker, Hepburn, Sask., and two sons, Peter of Mission, B.C. and Henry of Herbert, as well as many other friends and relatives.
