Businessman Called By Death
Steinbach, Man. — Funeral services for Jacob Thiessen, 59, who operated a fur farm near here for about 30 years, took place Oct. 13 at the Evangelical Mennonite Church. He died of a heart ailment Oct. 8.
Surviving are his wife, the former Marie Rempel of Meade, Kansas, and three children, Grace 7, Waldo 4, and Leroy 2; five brothers and two sisters. Two brothers and one sister live in Mexico.
