<center><h3>KATHLEEN RAE MILLER</h3></center>
Kathleen Rae Miller, 13, a Mesa, Ariz. Junior High School student, died Monday, Sept. 5, at Mesa Southside District hospital after a four-day illness.
The Millers were on a short vacation trip to Colorado when Kathleen complained of headache, but still visited, read and played.  Upon their return home she was placed in the hospital, and all that loving hands could do was done for her, but the Lord said, “Come Home.”
Kathleen was born in Morley, Colo., came to Mesa eight years ago with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy C. Miller, 536 W. Robin.  Her father is an instructor at the Mesa High School.  Kathleen was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mesa and active in its youth organization.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis C. Miller of Manitou Springs, Colo.; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schaffer of [''sic''] Billie Banning, both of Mesa; and a brother Lynn of Mesa.
Services were held Sept. 8 at the M. L. Gibbons mortuary in Mesa, with burial in the Mesa cemetery.  The services were conducted by the Rev. Alfred Engle.

KATHLEEN RAE MILLER
