Polio Fatal To 12-Year-Old Girl

Donnellson, Iowa.— An attack of bulbar polio proved fatal on Aug. 9 to Ann Marie Krehbiel, 12-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Krehbiel of this community. She passed away at University hospital in Iowa City after being ill for 13 days.

Private funeral services were held Aug. 11 at the Zion Mennonite church, of which she was a member, with Re.v Harold Thiessen officiating.

Surviving are the parents, Gordon and Helen Smith Krehbiel; one brother, David; and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer V. Smith of Pocatello, Idaho.
