FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE HULL DIED
Cordell Hull, former U. S. secretary of state and early promoter of the United Nations, died in Washington on July 23, at the age of 83. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Washington’s National Episcopal Cathedral, where Mrs. Hull is buried. She died in March 1954.
