NETA BRAUN
Miss Neta Braun of Coaldale, Alberta passed away in the Lethbridge Nursing Home on March 29 after a lengthy illness. She was born on February 16,1895 to Frank and Elizabeth (nee Warkentin) Braun of Sparrau, South Russia . During her youth she committed her life to Christ and was baptized and received into the Mennonite Brethren church. She experienced much ill health during her youth; later, however, she was able to help along with the family work. In 1924 she accompanied her parents to Canada.
She leaves to mourn one sister, Mrs. Maria Thiessen, Coaldale, and one brother, Bernhard Braun, Lethbridge, with their families. The funeral was conducted in the Coaldale Mennonite Brethren Church on April 2 with D.J . Pankratz and H.H. Kornelson ministering.
