— Mrs. Henry R. Schmidt, lifelong resident of the Goessel community, died Monday at the Bethesda hospital there at the age of 74. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Bergen funeral home and the Alexanderwohl church. Mrs. Schmidt’s husband died in 1935, and she had lived in Goessel the past eight years. Surviving are two sons, William S. of Route 2, Newton; a sister, Mrs. R. J. S. Schmidt of Route 2, and five grandchildren. | |||
