Albert and his brother Adam let here about 40 years ago locating near Colfax, Washington, where they have been engaged in farming. He was the son of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (Schumacher) Hilty who resided west of Bluffton.

Albert Hilty

Albert C. Hilty, 62, former Bluffton resident, died at his home in Colfax, Washington, Monday, Dec. 29. Death was due to a heart attack following a period of failing health.

Albert and his brother Adam let here about 40 years ago locating near Colfax, Washington, where they have been engaged in farming. He was the son of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (Schumacher) Hilty who resided west of Bluffton.

Besides his brother Adam he is also survived by a sister, Miss Elizabeth Hilty of Pandora, and the following brothers: Phillip Hilty of Bluffton; Amos and Chris of Pandora; Pegter of Fortuna, Mo., and Gideon of Memphis, Tenn.
