Herman | Herman H. Peters was born November 25, 1896, to Herman and Helena Peters at Reinland, Man. In 1910, along with his parents and family, he moved to Rosthern, Sask. On December 26, 1915, he was united in marriage to Susanna Stobbe of Rosthern, a union that was blessed with 11 children. | ||

In 1944 he and his family moved to Dalmeny, Sask., where he engaged in business. Shortly thereafter he joined the Mennonite Brethren Church at Dalmeny. He retained his membership at Dalmeny until his death. At various times he had resided in Star City, Laird, Langham and most recently in Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his wife on July 9, 1968. Mr. Peters suffered from diabetes since 1943 and as a result eventually lost his sight and had to have both legs amputated. He passed away on Christmas Day, 1968. He attained the age of 72 years. | ||

HERMAN H. PETERS
Herman H. Peters was born November 25, 1896, to Herman and Helena Peters at Reinland, Man. In 1910, along with his parents and family, he moved to Rosthern, Sask. On December 26, 1915, he was united in marriage to Susanna Stobbe of Rosthern, a union that was blessed with 11 children.
During the summer of 1932 he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour, and he and his wife were baptized by Rev. R. J. Nixon on August 19, 1934. In 1944 he and his family moved to Dalmeny, Sask., where he engaged in business. Shortly thereafter he joined the Mennonite Brethren Church at Dalmeny. He retained his membership at Dalmeny until his death. At various times he had resided in Star City, Laird, Langham and most recently in Saskatoon. He was predeceased by his wife on July 9, 1968.
