Buhler, Kans. — Mrs. Anna Martens, a resident of the Buhler community for 77 years, died at the Doerksen home in McPherson on May 31 at the age of 91. A member of the Mennonite Brethren church, she was born in South Russia and came here at the the [''sic''] of 14.
She is survived by three sons, Abraham A. and Geo. A. of Buhler and Barnard A. of Hutchinson, and also six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

BUHLER PIONEER DIED AT AGE OF 91

Buhler, Kans. — Mrs. Anna Martens, a resident of the Buhler community for 77 years, died at the Doerksen home in McPherson on May 31 at the age of 91. A member of the Mennonite Brethren church, she was born in South Russia and came here at the the [sic] of 14.

She is survived by three sons, Abraham A. and Geo. A. of Buhler and Barnard A. of Hutchinson, and also six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
