&#9679; Services were held Feb. 18 in the Halstead First Mennonite Church for Waldo Janzen of Halstead, who died there Feb. 15 at the age of 66. Henry Goossen was in charge. Janzen was married in 1933 to the former Dorothy Ewy, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Jim of Burrton; two daughters, Dorothy (Mrs. Harold) Unruh and Virginia (Mrs. Larry) Berger, both of Halstead; two brothers, Samuel of Harrisonburg, Va. and Archie of Nampa, Ida.; three sisters, Edna (Mrs. Edwin) Harder of Newton, Amy (Mrs. Weldon) Hershberger and Helen (Mrs. Vilas) Hershberger, both of Hesston; and eight grandchildren.
