(Mrs.) Helen Thiessen late of Clearbrook, B.C. passed away July 23 in the Menno Private Hospital, Clearbrook. Mrs. Thiessen was born in South Russia in 1898 and had lived in the Clearbrook area for 35 years. She emigrated to Canada with her husband 40 years ago.

Surviving are seven sons; Nick, Prince George; Waldo, Vancouver; Frank, Abbotsford; Jake, Clearbrook; Henry, Borneo; John, Fort St. John; and Art, Prince George; two daughters, Mrs. George (Margaret) Bergen, and Mrs. Tom (Mary)Loewen; and 26 grandchildren.

HELEN THIESSEN
