Berne, Ind. — Ed. J. Fricke, 58, well known official of the Farm Bureau with offices in Indianapolis, died suddenly of a heart attack while waiting for a bus in that city on Jan. 31.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 3 at the North Methodist church In Indianapolis, where he had been an active member. He had recently resigned the chairmansrip [''sic''] of the Methodist Laymen’s League in Indianapolis. The body will be brought to Berne for burial as soon as weather conditions permit. He was a former resident of Monroe and Decatur near here.

Mr. Fricke was the son of the late Fred C Fricke, former bishop at large of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite and editor of the Messenger of Truth. He leaves his wife and eight children.

OFFICIAL IN INDIANA FARM BUREAU VICTIM OF HEART ATTACK

Berne, Ind. — Ed. J. Fricke, 58, well known official of the Farm Bureau with offices in Indianapolis, died suddenly of a heart attack while waiting for a bus in that city on Jan. 31.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 3 at the North Methodist church In Indianapolis, where he had been an active member. He had recently resigned the chairmansrip [sic] of the Methodist Laymen’s League in Indianapolis. The body will be brought to Berne for burial as soon as weather conditions permit. He was a former resident of Monroe and Decatur near here.

Mr. Fricke was the son of the late Fred C Fricke, former bishop at large of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite and editor of the Messenger of Truth. He leaves his wife and eight children.
