— One of the aged residents of the Mennonite settlement at Cuauhtemoc, Apartado, Chih., Mexico, Mrs. D. H. Dueck, passed away at her home their [sic] recently according to word received by relatives in Manitoba. She and her husband had resided near Swift Current and Plum Coulee, Man., before going to Mexico. She was 74 years of age and leaves to mourn her passing her husband, 11 children, 93 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, three sisters and three brothers. The funeral was held on Dec. 7.
