ILLINOIS FARMER FATALLY INJURED BY FALLING HAY FORK

Deer Creek. III. — Daniel S. Kamp, 65, well-known farmer of this community, was fatally injured on Monday, Sept. 18, when a hay fork broke and fell on him while he was helping make hay on his son’s farm. He died the same evening at St. Francis hospital, Peoria.

He was born near here on Dec. 29, 1884, and had been a farmer member of the Calvary Mennonite throughout his life. He was a member of the Calvary Mennonite church, Washington.

Survivors include his wife, Lydia Ann, two daughters, five sons, and 13 grandchildren
