— Funeral services for Abram S. Loewen, 53, of the Springfield community near Hillsboro, Kansas, took place Monday afternoon, August 26, at the Springfield K. M. B. church. Mr. Loewen, a farmer, became ill soon after harvest season and was under treatment at the Hillsboro and Halstead hospitals. He died on August 23. He is survived by his wife, four sons and two daughters. | |||
