Funeral services were held last Thursday afternoon at the Hesston College chapel in Hesston for Jacob Brenneman, retired farmer, former Sunday School superintendent and for 21 years treasurer of the Alberta-Saskatchewan Conference Mission Board, who died at the Bethel Deaconess Hospital here Sunday morning, March 24. | |||

He was born near Wellesley, Ontario, Dec. 10, 1876. For a time he lived at Milford, Nebr., but moved to Alberta in 1913. Cause of his death was noninfectious meningitis, which resulted from ear trouble with which he became afflicted several weeks ago. | |||
The services at Hesston were conducted by Bishop Milo Kauffman, who was assisted by Rev. Jess Kauffman, pastor of the Hesston congregation. Burial was in the family lot in the Pennsylvania church cemetery. | |||
Surviving are his wife, the former Barbara Stauffer; and the following children: Harvey E., Clara (wife of Rev. O. O. Heshberger), Dr. Frederick S., Jospeh [''sic'' Jospeh] B., Titus m., Dr. James, all of Hesston; Rev. Daniel D., Creston, Mont., Norma G. FUNERAL SERVICES FOR JACOB BRENNEMAN HELD AT HESSTON MARCH 28
