BURNS SUFFERED IN HOME ACCIDENT FATAL TO INFANT

Marion, S. D — A large number of friends and relatives attended funeral services at the Dietrich G. Warkentin home here for their five-week-old daughter, Carol Faye, on Nov. 9. The body was sent to Mt. Lake, Minn. for final services and burial.

The little girl passed away at McKennen hospital, Sioux Falls, ten days after suffering third degrees burns in an accident at the Warkentin home, when a teakettle of hot water tipped and fell off the stove.

The parents and two little brothers survive.
