AGED CONTRACTOR CALLED IN OHIO
Pandora, Ohio. — Funeral services were held at the Grace Mennonite church here for Peter P. Weldy, 86, a long-time member of the church and widely known as a contractor and builder. He passed away Jan. 19 after a brief Illness.
Mr. Weldy was on the building committee when the Grace church was erected in 1904. In 1924 he was granted a patent on asphalt siding made to resemble brick veneer. He continued active in the building trade until shortly before his death.
