Altona, Man. &#8212; The former owner of the Altona Flour Mills, Isaac I. Neufeld, passed away at his home in North Kildonan on Aug. 18 at the age of 77. Two days after his passing, word was received of the death of his son, David Neufeld which took place in Germany July 16.

Double funeral services were held at the M. B. church, North Kildonan, on Aug. 22. Rev. Abram Toews was in charge, assisted by Rev. J. G. Wiens, Winkler.

The elder Mr. Neufeld is survived by his wife and nine children, six of whom live in Canada, two in Russia, the country from which he emigrated in the 20’s, and one in Kansas.

FORMER MILL OWNER AT ALTONA, MANITOBA PASSED AWAY AUG. 18

Altona, Man. — The former owner of the Altona Flour Mills, Isaac I. Neufeld, passed away at his home in North Kildonan on Aug. 18 at the age of 77. Two days after his passing, word was received of the death of his son, David Neufeld which took place in Germany July 16.

Double funeral services were held at the M. B. church, North Kildonan, on Aug. 22. Rev. Abram Toews was in charge, assisted by Rev. J. G. Wiens, Winkler.

The elder Mr. Neufeld is survived by his wife and nine children, six of whom live in Canada, two in Russia, the country from which he emigrated in the 20’s, and one in Kansas.
