He was married to Rosa Rubin in 1882 and came to America in 1885, stopping in Davis county, Iowa, for two years. In 1887 the family located in southern Whitman county, near Almota, Wash. he engaged in farming here and in the Onecho community until 1925 when he and his companion located in Colfax, in so-called retirement. | |||

FRED AESCHLIMAN
Fred Aeschliman was born in Canton Neuchatel, Switzerland, on Sept. 24, 1859, and passed away on march 10, 1945, at Colfax, Wash., at the age of 85 years, five months and 16 days. He had been in failing health for two years.
He was married to Rosa Rubin in 1882 and came to America in 1885, stopping in Davis county, Iowa, for two years. In 1887 the family located in southern Whitman county, near Almota, Wash. he engaged in farming here and in the Onecho community until 1925 when he and his companion located in Colfax, in so-called retirement.
