&#8212; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rilling of Garden Township have received the sad news that their son, Marvin Rilling, was killed in actin in western Europe sometime during the latter part of December. Only a few weeks ago memorial services were held at the First Mennonite church of Christian in Moundridge also for Arlo Goebel, another young man from the same community, who lost his life after having been overseas for only 25 days.

— Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rilling of Garden Township have received the sad news that their son, Marvin Rilling, was killed in actin in western Europe sometime during the latter part of December. Only a few weeks ago memorial services were held at the First Mennonite church of Christian in Moundridge also for Arlo Goebel, another young man from the same community, who lost his life after having been overseas for only 25 days.
