Katie Wiebe, 74, of rural Newton died May 26 at the Bethel Home for the Aged in Newton. Funeral services were held May 28 at the First Mennonite Church with Albert Epp in charge. Wiebe had lived all her life in the Newton area. She is survived by a brother, Herman Wiebe of Logan, Utah.
