— The entire community at Buhler, Kansas, was deeply grieved over the death of Nic. J. Thiessen, 46, a teacher for many years, who passed away Thursday, Sept. 4. As high school teacher, he became suddenly ill on Friday, August 29, while helping to enroll students. Rushed to the hospital in Hutchinson he died there several days later. He is survived by his wife, Bertha (Kim) Thiessen, a son Dale, and many relatives and friends.
