EDWARD B. REGIER

Edward B. Regier was born on April 18, 1900 at Whitewater, Kan., to Gerhard and Catharine Wiebe Regier, the 10th of 11 children. He was called from this life on Sept. 28, 1982.

Upon confession of his faith in the Lord Jesus, he was baptized by Gustave Harder and became a member of the Emmaus Mennonite Church on May 19, 1918.

On Dec. 12, 1935 he was united in marriage to Agnes Epp.

The family homestead was his home for 82 years until failing health made it necessary to place him in a nursing home.

His memory will be cherished by his wife; children, Arlen and Clara Regier of Newton, Robert and Joyce Keys of Topeka and Daryl and Sharon Regier of Whitewater; one brother, C. P. Regier of Newton; one sister, Mrs. Carl Claassen of Whitewater; and many other relatives and friends.
