&#8212; One of Newton's well known doctors, Dr. F. G. Bartel, for many years a member of the Axctell Clinic, died last Sunday at Philadelphia, Pa. It was known to Dr. Bartel's friends for some time that he was not in good health and he had now gone to Philadelphia, where he had hoped to find relief from a condition which was constantly growing more serious. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the First Baptist church of Newton, where he was a member. The local pastor, Rev. U. V. White will be assisted by Rev. J. W. Vogt and Dr. H. W. Lohrentz of Hillsboro.

— One of Newton's well known doctors, Dr. F. G. Bartel, for many years a member of the Axctell Clinic, died last Sunday at Philadelphia, Pa. It was known to Dr. Bartel's friends for some time that he was not in good health and he had now gone to Philadelphia, where he had hoped to find relief from a condition which was constantly growing more serious. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the First Baptist church of Newton, where he was a member. The local pastor, Rev. U. V. White will be assisted by Rev. J. W. Vogt and Dr. H. W. Lohrentz of Hillsboro.
