LOCAL

— Gerhardt A. Regier of Elbing passed away at the Bethel Hospital last Sunday evening, after a comparatively short illness. He had been a farmer in the Elbing community, and spent most of the 49 years of life in that neighborhood. Surviving him are the following brothers and sisters: Margerite, Louise, Mrs. Magd. Entz, John H., Bernhard and Cornelius. He was unmarried. Funeral services are to be held this afternoon at the Zion church in Elbing.
