NEWTON & VICINITY

● Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Nov. 22, at Hesston Mennonite Church for Titus M. Brenneman, 75, of Hesston, with Dan Johnston officiating. He died Nov. 18 at his home. A native of Milford, Neb., and a Hesston resident since 1944, he had been a member of the church, the Hesston volunteer Fire Department and the Hesston High School Athletic Booster Club. Survivors include his wife, the former Eva Wideman, of the home; four sons, Derald of Rocky Ford, Colo., Ervin of Lebanon, Ore., Fred of Gainesville, Fla., and Bob of Hesston; one daughter, Beatrice Reubke of Hesston; three brothers, Harvey of Albany, Ore., Joe of Hesston and Paul of Doylestown, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. One daughter, Judith, preceded him in death.
