Great-Grandmother Called by Death
Hutchinson, Kans. — Mrs. Helena L. Penner, who was born in Russia on April 21, 1872, died here May 4 after a five day illness. She had lived in Hutchinson for 28 years.
Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite church here, of which she was a member.
She is survived by three daughters; one sister, Mrs. Alex Carlberg of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; one brother, Frank Wahl, also living in California; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
