George Funk, 80, formerly of north Wolf Point and now of Glasgow, died march 22 in the Glasgow hospital. He had farmed north of Wolf Point. On July 3, 1930, he had married Lydia Schultes. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Dale of Brockway and Larry of Wasco, Calif.; a daughter, Gladys (Mrs. Harvey) Fast of Lustre; two brothers, Harvey of Shafter, Calif., and Victor of Newton, Kan.; six sisters, Mrs. Agnes Penner, Mrs. Emma Brunson and LaVilla (Mrs. Kenneth) Cutsinger, all of Wichita, Kan., Mrs. Pauline Weyland and Mrs. Arpha Schroeder, both of Colby, Kan., and Mrs. Elma Hiebert of Marion, Kan.; 10 grandhchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services were held in the Glasgow Evangelical Church with Jay Ashbaucher and Jeff Beazley officiating. Burial was in the Glasgow Highland Cemetery.
