Gwen Basinger Geiger was born March 21, 1908, in Bluffton, Ohio, the daughter of Elmer and Caroline Schumacher Basinger. She died of a heart attack April 3, 1987, in Bluffton.
She was united in marriage to Laverne Geiger on Jan. 1, 1935. He died in 1985.
She was a teacher in the Montgomery County, Maryland, public schools for 18 years.
Survivors include one son, David of Apple Valley, Minn.; two daughters, Elizabeth Geiger of Bethesda, Md., and Anne Oliphant of Ranch Palos Verdes, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

GWEN BASINGER GEIGER

Gwen Basinger Geiger was born March 21, 1908, in Bluffton, Ohio, the daughter of Elmer and Caroline Schumacher Basinger. She died of a heart attack April 3, 1987, in Bluffton.
