HIGHWAY TRAGEDY IN ONTARIO

St. Catharines, Ont. — A highway tragedy near here last month claimed the lives of Mrs. Sarah Friesen, 65, of Vineland and her granddaughter, Elma Friesen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Friesen of Louth Township.

The Volkswagen auto carrying the Friesen family was traveling toward the setting sun when it crashed into a truck parked on the side of the road.
