Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for Rev. Abe A. Miller, 55, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, were held April 7 at the Pleasant View Conservative Mennonite Church near Berlin.
Rev. Miller died at a Dennison hospital on April 4 after having suffered a heart attack the day before.
A native of Holmes County, he had been minister of the Southside Gospel Chapel for the past 10 years. Before that he and his wife operated the Gospel Book Store in Berlin for a number of years. He was also a carpenter.
Surviving in the immediate family are his widow, the former Katie Hershberger; a daughter, Mrs. David A. Yoder of Ecuador; and two grandchildren.
