Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for Ross L. Gerber, 64, well-known teacher, were held April 9 at the Orrville Mennonite Church. He died April 6 at Dunlap Hospital, Orrville, after suffering a heart attack at his home.
A native of the Walnut Creek community, Mr. Gerber taught in Sugarcreek schools for many years, later taught in the Wooster elementary schools, and was principal of Parkview Schools there for 15 years. He spent 41 years as a teacher and administrator. A graduate of Goshen College, he received a master's degree from Kent State University.
