Mt. Lake, Minn.—Funeral services for Susie E. Fast, 77, a retired teacher, were held at the Bethel Mennonite Church here on Sept 7. She died in the Community Hospital here on Sept. 4 as a result of a fall.
A native of this community Miss Fast attended the local schools and Mankato State Teachers College, after which she taught in area schools for over 50 years. She taught in the Butterfield schools for 17 of the 50 years.
