JUSTINA BERGMANN

(Mrs.) Justina Bergmann of Glenlea, Man. passed away May 28. She was born April 13, 1917 in Arkadak, Russia to Anton and Marie Wiebe (Peters). In 1925 she immigrated to Canada with her family and settled first in Osborne, then in Bergthal, both in Manitoba. She accepted the Lord at age 9 and at age 16 was baptized into the Mennonite Brethren Church. On June 12, 1938 she married Alfred Bergmann. Mrs. Bergmann is survived by husband Alfred; daughter Irene and husband Nick Jantzen; five sons and their wives: Fred and Susan, Henry and Susan, Eric and Lorraine, Rudy and Carol, Victor and Debby; 14 grandchildren, one brother and two sisters.
