BLONDINA HEPPNER


Blondina Heppner died Aug. 1. She was born to Johann and Anna Bergmann in Alexanderdorf, Russia.ln May 1925, she arrived in Canada, where she lived in Manitoba and then B.C. Blondina married Peter Heppner Apr. 6, 1937. She helped him start a trucking business and was the cheery voice on the phone taking orders. Blondina and Peter were baptized Aug. 8, 1954 and joined Greendale MB Church. She was active in the Willing Helpers group, and enjoyed travelling, wintering in Palm Springs, and baking for her





by 3 brothers; 1 sister; she is mourned by Peter; daughters Eleanor (Peter) Thoss and Darlene (Alex) York; son Bill (Pauline); 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 sister. The funeral was Aug. 9 at Greendale MB Church, Chilliwack.
