&bull;  Peter Balzer, 92, a retired farmer and lifelong resident of the Whitewater community, died March 8 at the Memorial Home, Moundridge.  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Grace Hill Mennonite Church, with Rev. E. J. Miller in charge.  Mr. Balzer was married to the former Marie Schmidt, who preceded him in death.  Surviving are a son, Waldo, of rural Whitewater; one daughter, Mrs. Alieda Harms of Wichita; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
